Purchased in January 2012 to replace a 2002 MG ZS180 which we had owned from new, sold in March 2005 to purchase our first MG TF and then repurchased after 3 years. I had always wanted a V8 and when I saw this one advertised in Typhoon Chromactive “Monogram” paint as were on holiday from work decided to travel to Hampshire just to take a look. After a short test drive the rest as they say is history. We returned a week later, left the ZS180 with the dealer and drove home in the ZT260.
There have been no issues with the car, except for the air con pump seizing whilst on holiday in Cornwall in March 2022, which resulted in the car being recovered home. A new air com pump soon resolved the issue.
The car is an SE model and features a wide variety of extras: electric heated front seats, electric blind in the rear window, analogue TV (no use any longer), X-Power exhaust back boxes and a Harmon Kardon sound system.
