Staff Update: Jade Beckett joins the MG Car Club

 

There is a new face around Kimber House; Jade Beckett has joined the team as Brand Communications Manager, looking after the Club’s Marketing & PR activities.

Jade has joined the Club on a part-time basis from Silverstone Circuit where she was responsible for Marketing & PR for the circuit’s Motorsport calendar. Jade has a car heavy background, having worked in manufacturer Public Relations for Subaru, Isuzu and Suzuki and also marketing for Fiat and Bentley. At the University of Central Lancashire Jade studied BA (Hons) Business Administration and also FdSc Motorsport Management and Logistics.

Jade is no stranger to the MG brand, owning a 1969 MG Midget from her early twenties which she bought because “it would have driven her Nanna mental”.  In her spare time, Jade runs a Yoga business and lives in the Oxfordshire countryside with her Husband, two cats and a puppy, who is due to arrive next week.

Jade commented “I am really pleased to be joining the MG Car Club and getting involved with the heritage side of the brand as well as supporting the Club’s membership and motorsport programmes. I’m looking forward to getting stuck in and getting the Midget out to some events in the future!”

Jade’s working hours are Monday & Wednesday 9:00-17:30, Tuesday & Thursday 9-13:00 and Friday 9:00-4:00 and her email address is jade@mgcc.co.uk.
