Glorious sunshine as the Cockshoot Cup visits Anglesey

The Cockshoot Cup drivers visited the picturesque Anglesey Circuit on the 8th and 9th of August.

Both races were won by local driver Gary Wetton in his ZR 190. He was challenged on Saturday by Howard Hunt driving his ZS and by Mike Ashcroft in another ZR 190, who finished less than a second behind on Sunday. David Morrison won Class B on both days and took third place in each race driving his very fast Midget. Class A victor was Jeremy Toes on both days who defeated Ian Staines, the two Midgets swapping places numerous times. A full race report can be found on the Cockshoot Cup Championship web site HERE
