MG Trophy sticks with Dunlop tyres
The MG Trophy Championship is delighted to announce that it has renewed its partnership with Dunlop Tyres for the 2018 season.
Following discussions at the recent Autosport International show with UK & One Brand Events Manager Mickey Butler, the MG Trophy Championship will continue to use Dunlop Tyres for all three of its race classes.
Championship chairman Pete Macwaters said: “We have used Dunlop tyres exclusively since the inception of the championship back in 1998, so it’s great news in our 20th anniversary year to still be with such a prestigious brand.”
Class A will use the 17-inch 720/404 Dunlop slick/wet, while classes B and C will stay with the 16-inch Direzza 03G.
With an MSA grid average of 30.5 cars last year, the MG Trophy expects to repeat this with full grids at all its races in 2018. For more information see HERE.
