Little Gem Lights Up Longbridge

THE MG CAR CLUB’S YB saloon, fondly known as ‘Little Gem’, was recently used as part of an interactive display at Bournville College, Longbridge.

Bournville College, which was built on the former Longbridge factory celebrated their centenary anniversary featuring lighting and car sound scape installations as part of Longbridge Public Art Project by EC Arts.

The celebrations also marked the start of a year-long project by EC Arts which will see nine artists creating new work in the town.

Two artists will be based at MG Motor UK to work with both current and former factory workers to develop artwork.
