Here you will find information about hundreds of MG related events that take place throughout the course of the year. We don’t just stop at UK-based events though, listed below are key international dates that are being staged.

Alongside all of the below are Pub Meets (Natters). These take place up and down the country on a monthly basis and the full listing can be found here.

Notice is hereby given that the 2024 Annual General Meeting of The MG Car Club Limited will be held on Saturday 12th October 2024 At Courtyard by Marriott Oxford South, Milton, OX14 4FP.

Commencing at 3.30pm

Agenda

1. Announcement

2. Apologies for Absence.

3. To approve the minutes of the GM held Saturday 14th October 2023

4. To receive the Financial Statements for the year ending December 31 2023 together with the Reports of the Directors and Auditors thereon and to reappoint Wenn Townsend as Auditors.

5. To elect the Chairman of the Club for the coming year.

6. To elect the President of the Club for the coming year.

7. To elect the current Vice Presidents of the Club for the coming year.

8. To elect the Vice Chairman of the Club for the coming year

9. To elect the Treasurer of the Club for the coming year.

10. a. To re-elect Directors of the Club for the coming year, standing down by rotation.

10. b. To elect new Directors of the Club for the coming year.

11. To transact any other ordinary business of an AGM that may properly be considered.

Every member has a statutory right to appoint another person as his proxy to exercise all of his rights to attend and to speak at a general meeting of the Club. Please note that only the elected CRB representatives have the right to vote at such meetings on behalf of the members.
