An MG Car Club thank-you

In the blink of an eye, MGLive! has been and gone for yet another year, and what a weekend it was! The Club has had  lots of comments from people, whether they’re new to the event or have been coming for the past 20 years saying how much they enjoyed the weekend.

The Club owes an awful lot of those comments to all of the volunteers that helped out over the weekend. Without them, MGLive! simply would not be able to run – so thank-you.

Alongside the volunteers, we would like to thank all of the traders that supported the event, Headway Oxfordshire – the event’s named charity, the British Motor Museum and Peter Best Insurance for supporting the event as well as they always do, MG Motor, Meguiar’s Mac Tools, all of the CRBs for their tremendous work and stand displays in the main marquee, Jeanette Howse, the race committee, Mike Brewer for a brilliant Saturday in the Live Arena, and Ant Anstead for bringing the event to life across the entire weekend. The list could go on but there simply wouldn’t be enough space for all of the thank-yous that the Club owes.

Plans for 2017 are already well underway, so keep an eye out for news and we shall look forward to welcoming more MG fans to Silverstone next year.
