MG Car Club Rules
The aim of these rules is to provide a ready source of reference for all Club Members but, in particular, for the majority who choose not to be involved in the administration of the Club.
For that reason they have been kept as simple as possible whilst maintaining accord with the Club’s Memorandum of Association (MA) and Articles of Association (AA).
In the event of any conflict between the Rules and the Memorandum of Association or the Articles of Association the latter take precedence.
