What’s on this weekend 2nd & 3rd July

MGCC: MGC Register, MGC Weekend at Mallory Park – Saturday 2nd – Sunday 3rd July 

The MGC Register will be making the most of this Sunday’s MGCC racing over the course of the weekend. Overnight accommodation on the Saturday evening, including dinner, will be at the Wroxall Abbey Hotel. On the Sunday, attendees will get entrance to Mallory Park, as well as a buffet lunch in the Hailwood Suite. This also includes full access to the paddock and MGC Register parking on Gerrard’s bend. MGCC: Magnette Register, Cotswold Weekend – Saturday 2nd – Sunday 3rd July 

We meet at the Black Country Living Museum in Dudley where we shall have reserved parking for those arriving before 10-30am. After visiting the museum, we travel to Wroxall Abbey for an evening meal together. After breakfast the AGM will be held, open to all MGCC Register Members, even if you do not avail yourself of the hotel facilities. The weekend will conclude with a gentle tour of the Cotswolds. For more details there is an information sheet, or contact Alan Cleobury 01564 702300.

MGCC Racing, Mallory Park meeting – Sunday 3rd July 

The fourth round of the 2016 MGCC racing series arrives in Leicestershire on Sunday when all seven of the Club’s Championships will be on show at Mallory Park. Spectators will see a range of MGs across the day, including MGBs, Midgets and MG ZRs. Tickets are available on the gate and are just £12, with children under-16 going free!

MGCC: Switzerland, Central Switzerland Tour – Sunday 3rd July 

The MGCC Switzerland Register will be going on their annual tour of Central Switzerland this coming Sunday. For more information, please contact Marcus Bründler on 0797089363.

Top Gear’s Extra Gear – Sunday 3rd July 

On Sunday, Top Gear’s BBC3 online extra programme ‘Extra Gear’ will feature the Frontline MGB at MGLive! 2016 that took place on the 4th and 5th June. For anyone interested in watching, we will have a link to the programme on the website after Top Gear on Sunday evening, alternatively you can visit the Extra Gear website by clicking HERE where this week’s episode will be available from 9pm.
