Notice of Club AGM

Notice is hereby given that the 2018 Annual General Meeting of  The MG Car Club Limited will be held on Saturday October 20 2018 at MG Motor Longbridge Commencing at 4.00pm

1. Apologies for Absence.
2. To approve the minutes of the AGM held October 21 2017.
3. To receive the Financial Statements for the year ending December 31 2017 together with the Reports of the Directors and Auditors thereon and to reappoint Messrs Wilkins Kennedy as Auditors.
4. To elect the Chairman of the Club for the coming year.
5. To elect the President of the Club for the coming year.
6. To elect the current Vice Presidents of the Club for the coming year.
7. To elect the Vice Chairman of the Club for the coming year
8. To elect the Treasurer of the Club for the coming year.
9. To elect other Directors of the Club for the coming year.
10. To transact any other ordinary business of an AGM that may properly be considered.

There will be an open forum following the close of the AGM.

Every member has a statutory right to appoint another person as his proxy to exercise all of his rights to attend and to speak at a general meeting of the Club. Please note that only the elected CRB representatives have the right to vote at such meetings on behalf of the members.
