MG90 – One Month To Go!
THERE is now just a month to go until the MG Car Club take over Silverstone with a two day motoring festival, MG90, at Silverstone on June 21st and 22nd.
MG enthusiasts from around the globe will be gathering at the world famous race track and we want you to join in the fun. MG90 is a family friendly day out with attractions for everyone and free entry for children aged 16 and under.
With thousands of MGs on display and a 90 year timeline of cars, visitors can learn all about these exciting cars and the stories behind them. History will come to life on the Silverstone’s hallowed tarmac with a full weekend of motorsport with MGs of all ages battling it out to be crowned champion.
Grandstand seating and open paddocks and pits allows visitors to get the true Silverstone experience and be a part of the action. Sports car fans will also be able to watch races from invited clubs including Porsche and Ferrari.
Attractions aren’t confined to the ground with a variety of air displays including an acrobatic performance from stunt pilot Gerald Cooper. Back on the ground stunt driver Russ Swift will be tearing around the live action arena on two wheels and performing his signature handbrake parking skids!
The fun will continue into the night on Saturday with an after-hours party and live music from a leading Queen tribute act as part of the After Hours entertainment.
Advance tickets are still available with a saving of £9.50 on day tickets and £17.50 on weekend tickets for MG Car Club members. Advanced orders will close on Monday 9th June for overseas orders and Friday 13th June for UK orders.
